Professional codevelopment is a type of group coaching in which participants learn from each other and consolidate their practice. During the sessions, participants take turns to act as the client and discuss an area of their practice that they want to improve.
This method is based on questioning and active listening allowing such mutual aid and transversality.

The co-development facilitator is a key role for the sustainability of an organization. His highly cross-disciplinary skills allow him to support many teams. He or she helps organizations be more operationally efficient. This training is in hybrid format. It is done over 4 weeks with 3 asynchronous modules, 1 launch video conference and 3 or 4 half-days remotely to model and practice in turn (equivalent to 21H).
A launch video conference allows learners to understand the sequence of sequences and to position themselves to facilitate a co-development workshop in the following weeks.
Through an asynchronous course, you learn about the rules of co-development and its 6 stages: presentation, questions for clarification, request and consultation contract, consultation, synthesis and action plan, learning and regulation. You participate in a remote modeling workshop with the trainer.
Through an asynchronous journey, you understand what is expected of a facilitator by the participants, his qualities and his posture. You participate in remote workshops to participate in co-development sessions and facilitate a session, in turn. Debriefs allow you to take a step back from such a posture to improve your own.
Through an asynchronous journey, you understand the benefits of such an approach on the system of an organization, how it can help in the context of a transformation. Learners can choose to build a network of learners among themselves to continue practicing. Twice a year, D+HINKING organizes a face-to-face day for the alumni of the facilitators. The alumni is invited.
Successful practice assessments and an online test will allow you to be certified with adigital certificate, which can be integrated into your LinkedIn profile, attesting to your new skills. E-coaching: in the next 3 months you can ask 5 advice by email to your trainer. You could complement this skill with those of meeting facilitator or collective intelligence facilitator.

A key focus is supporting organizations to acquire Product Ownership driven by User Value and align teams(exploring User Experience) mission to enterprise mission. In her former position as Program Director , Oana helped teams build an Agile Program portfolio become Agile.
