Increasingly collaborative work requires the development of new skills in the field of meeting facilitation. You prepare your sequence and your collaborative tools. You are invited to test with a peer before doing it in a group.
Take turns facilitating your sequence and collecting feedback from your peers. Gain confidence. Encourage learners to practice with each other (peer community).
Successful practice assessments and an online test (1 hour) will allow you to be certified with a digital certificate, which can be integrated into your LinkedIn profile, attesting to your new skills. e-coaching: in the next 3 months, you can ask your trainer for 5 tips. The next step could be to become a Collective Intelligence Facilitator to facilitate workshops of all sizes with innovation or transformation issues.
