The Liberating Structures facilitator workshop allows you to understand and practice its tools and gain confidence to replicate them.
You become a certified Liberating Structures facilitator.
For public workshops, only the trainer-led learnings allow you to train over a short period of 1/2 day.
Anyone wishing to unleash the human potential of their organization by creating effective and productive interactions at meetings, committees, workshops using proven tools. Such a skill is cross-cutting to an entire organization regardless of service and function: marketing, human resources, digital, innovation, transformation, consultant, product manager, UX designer, UI designer, scrum master, product owner…. It is preferable to have undergoing facilitation training such as sprint facilitator or meeting facilitator.

The Liberating Structure facilitator combined with sprint and/or meeting facilitator is a key role in innovation and transformation. His highly cross-cutting competency allows him to accompany many teams. Equipped with proven tools that he or she has practiced, he or she helps organizations to be more efficient at producing their deliverables whatever it is. He or she does it with a sprint format: in limited time, in a collaborative team, centered on their user, with a well-identified deliverable.
A few days before the training, you receive an email with some information. You watch a video and read articles to learn the theoretical background. During the training, we will quickly dive intro practice assuming this background known.
You experience many structures with an experienced facilitator sprint. You integrate the dimensions of any sequence and understand the need to anticipate. You learn about the different types of structures and how they can fit in to meet a need.
You facilitate one or more structures alone or in pairs with other learners as participants. You help each other with constructive feedback. You identify areas for improvement in structure or facilitation.
Successful practice assessments and an online test will allow you to be certified with a digital certificate, which can be integrated into your LinkedIn profile, attesting to your new skills. E-coaching: in the next 3 months you can ask 5 advice by email to your trainer. You could complement this skill with those of remote meeting facilitator or sprint facilitator.

- Serious games have the particularity of allowing you to learn and work in a fun atmosphere
- Facilitation tools allow a group to co-construct strategies, make decisions together and thus allow to include the whole group in the work to be done, which induces a strong commitment of the group in the result that is produced.

He has adaptive leadership without direct authority. It relies on the Transformation Catalyst and Agile Team Coaches to help the organization and its teams become "high-performing".
