Their well designed format allows participants to efficiently produce the deliverables necessary to the innovation process using collective intelligence. The sprint facilitator workshop allows you to understand, design and practice the sustainable design sprints with its tools and the particular posture of the facilitator, the servant leader the time of a sprint at the service of the team.
This training is a bundle of both trainings Facilitator in collective intelligence & Sustainable designer. When you select such bundle, you choose when you follow both trainings in the coming 3 months.

1 format is available to build such skills for public trainings. For the Facilitator part, it is the hybrid done over 5 weeks with 6 asynchronous modules, 4 video conferences and 2 trainer-led online half-days & 1 full trainer-led online day (37H equivalent). And for the sustainable design sprint (33H), it is the hybrid training with an asynchronous path of 9 modules, 4 visio and 2 remote workshops of half day. Equivalent to 70 hours of training in total.
Anyone practicing or wishing to run design thinking sprints to innovate or transform. You want to develop your posture to design and facilitate all kinds of sprints with methods such as design thinking : CSR manager, product manager, UX designer, product owner, consultant, trainer, marketing, human resources, digital, innovation, transformation….

The facilitator is a key role in innovation and transformation. His highly transversal skills allow him to support many teams. He or she helps them be more efficient at producing their deliverable. He or she does it with a workshop & sprint formats: in a limited time, in a collaborative team, user-centered, with clearly identified deliverables. This hybrid programm is equivalent to 4 to 5 days of training. It consists of 6 gamified asynchronous modules, 4 viso conferences over lunch time, 2 remote workshops of 1/2 day and 1 remote of 1 day.
You experiment what facilitation means. You understand the learning journey you will follow to grow such competency. You discover the facilitation model structuring this learning. It consists of 1 asynchronous module (the facilitation fundamentals), 1 viso conference, 1 trainer-led online workshop of 1/2 day.
You experience that everything is at the beginning and the need to start well. You formalize the request of a sponsor in order to design a solution to facilitate sprints or workshops which mobilizes the relevant means (methods, tools, locations, expertise ...) in order to achieve deliverables measurable by results criteria that really meet the intention of the sponsor. You learn to formulate a challenge. You are capable to drive purposefully the sponsor. This is the framing with our roadbook canvas. It consists of 2 asynchronous modules (understand the needs, structure the sequences), 1 viso conference.
You design different sequences that reflect the needs of the sponsor by offering adapted animation in a human-centered approach. You become aware of the posture of the facilitator with his own requirements. You develop your public speaking skills and you think on your feet. It consists of 1 asynchronous module (adopt the posture), 1 viso conference, 1 trainer-led online workshop of 1/2 day.
You learn to deal with dysfunctional behaviors. You facilitate one or more sequences in different contexts alone or in pairs. You help each other out among peers while learning different methods of feedback. You analyze your posture and your skills together to identify areas for improvement. You gradually find your posture as a facilitator to support participants by creating a context conducive to exchanges between them while keeping the objective as finality. It consists of 1 asynchronous module (manage the participants), 1 viso conference, 1 trainer-led online workshop of 1 day.
You learn how to start and finish a workshop. You watch a well accomplished example. You get some perspective in your personal development as a facilitator. It consists of 1 asynchronous module.
Successful practice assessments and an online test will allow you to be certified with adigital certificate, which can be integrated into your LinkedIn profile, attesting to your new skills. The sustainable designer is a key role in innovation and transformation when the organization integrates the environmental dimension into its activities. They are the guarantors of the constraints of limiting resources during sustainable design thinking sprints. The sustainable design team aligns and validates with users and an ecosystem a value proposition that respects the constraints of the sustainable economy.
Before putting the sustainable design sprint into practice, you acculturate yourself to the dimensions of CSR and responsible transformation. You choose your challenge.
You align with your organization’s purpose. You analyze your organization and its ecosystem through its value chain and the life cycle of its products. You summarize and prioritize the organization's issues. You gain empathy with users. You create a persona and analyze their journey as a responsible user. You summarize and prioritize their needs. You compare the needs of the organization and those of the persona to decide on a responsible challenge.
Brainstorm solutions to this responsible challenge and select the most relevant idea. Possibly brainstorm solutions by life cycle stage. Create a prototype to test the concept with potential users and the ecosystem. Iterate. Adapt your organization to this new value proposition. Incrementally evolve your business model
