Transformation Catalyst

A PATH: Practicing the team coaching to empower high-performing organizations & leaders.

The Transformation Catalyst coaches the organization at all levels to align it with the purpose and needs of end customers. He supports the Agile Team Coaches. He has adaptive leadership without direct authority. He is assisted by the Sprint Facilitator Lead to facilitate sprints and workshops.

You become a Transformation Catalyst when you develop the skills practiced in the trainings described below. You learn how to embark organizations into transformation around a purpose.

Accompanied by experienced practitioners
1 referent throughout the course
A skills certificate for each successful learning module
At the end, following your oral certification, your Product Designer certificate according to the designguides.org framework
Training in hybrid format: remote workshops, video, asynchronous courses
Equivalent to 85 hours of training without moving
20 hours minimum of personal work to apply the method to your project and prepare your oral certification
2 individual sessions of methodological tutoring
2 personal coaching sessions (branding, voice)
1 carousel of your profile on our LinkedIn page
