The UX & UI design sprint translates the value proposition into functionnalities, user flows, user stories, wireframes and page content validated with the users. This allows the Scrum team to digitally produce what corresponds to the needs identified during the design thinking sprint. This UX & UI designer training gives you the opportunity to safely pactice and, later on, to replicate such sprint with its tools in your work environment. It is based on the Google Venture design sprint.
This apprenticeship is downstream to a design thinking sprint and upstream to the development sprint.
You become a certified UX / UI designer.
1 format is available for public workshops to build skills. Trainer-led learnings (remote) allows you to train over a short period of 3 days and 2 visio conferences in the following weeks. Equivalent to 29H.
Anyone wishing to experiment with UX & UI Design in Sprint mode to develop digital solutions while being human-centric: Web : UI / UX designer, webdesigner, webmaster, web developper ; DSI : digital project leader, product manager, product designer, product owner ; Marketing : innovation lead, product manager, experience designer, brand designer.

The UX designer is a key role in innovation. They bring this user centricity during the UX design sprint to design a digital solution that meets the needs of users. The UX development team delivers what is needed by the Scrum team to produce.
The UX design sprint is based on the deliverables of two previous workshops: the design thinking and the brand design sprint. At the start of the UX design sprint, you are given a brief with these deliverables: the value proposition and the brand platform. It is also possible that you use your real case rather than this fictitious case.
Benchmark competing or inspiring sites in other sectors. Prepare personae interviews with the value proposition to better understand what they want to find on the site. Share your discoveries as a team..
By taking each persona, define their respective needs and brainstorm specific paths to meet their needs. These paths (design workflows) are iterated and challenged. A storymapping is co-created.
Write user stories to specify what you want. Brainstorm several paper models based on needs and storymapping. Introduce them to each other and improve them. Refine content with finer granularity. Produce the models digitally with a tool like Marvel or Figma.
Prepare the user test by defining the objective and choosing the testers. Organize face-to-face tests and know how to do them remotely. Know the A / B testing and Guerilla mode. Adopt the right posture to do it effectively. Synthesize the results and iterate the models.
Successful practice assessments and an online test will allow you to be certified with a digital certificate, which can be integrated into your LinkedIn profile, attesting to your new skills. E-coaching: in the next 3 months you can ask 5 advice by email to your trainer. You might decide to build your facilitation skills with the Facilitator, service designer or Product Owner trainings. It enables you to facilitate the sprints of innovation & transformation teams.

The Agile Team Coach helps the teams to become high-performing.
The Sprint Facilitator Lead helps the organization to transform itself through collective intelligence with the sponsorship of the Creative Leader. He supports the Sprint Facilitators. He has adaptive leadership without direct authority. It relies on the Transformation Catalyst and Agile Team Coaches to help the organization and its teams become "high-performing".
