Each requires the implementation of a specific protocol. You experience each of its methods. You continue with the ideation, the prototype design and the test. During this workshop, you follow the 5-step process of the User Research Sprint with its tools to be able to replicate it in your environment. This is the essential Product Discovery step to maximize the value brought to end users during product development while minimizing the risks associated with its launch or that of a feature.
You become a certified user researcher.
Only the facilitated online (equivalent to 37H) is available in inter-company trainings. It consists of 6 weeks with 8 asynchronous modules, 6 video conferences.

The UX researcher is a key role in innovation and transformation. They provide a key skill in understanding users. They work with design thinkers and UX designers, but they don't do this empathy work for them. It has to be teamwork. The design team delivers a user-validated value proposition based on this user research. The UX design team delivers functionalities made tangible with wireframes also from UX research. This hybrid programm is equivalent to more than 21H of training. It consists of 7 gamified asynchronous modules & 4 viso conferences over lunch time and 1 full day remote.
The user research sprint has been designed for efficiency and in iteration to gain empathy and better identify the needs and job-to-be done of users. The next 2 steps, brainstorm & prototype, are experienced to focus on the last one : test Such a user research sprint is complementary to a design thinking sprint or a UX design sprint.
Identify stakeholders. Convince strategic players. Interview internal stakeholders. Do your documentary research. Define the research objectives.
Choose your survey method. Select attendees. Ethical and deontological issues. Set locations, time and budget.
The selective interview, Identify themes and sub-themes. Prepare your interview guide. Conduct your semi-structured interview. Synthesize.The different observation methods and their contributions. Conduct a "fly on the wall" observation. Immersion or self-observation. The User Journey map.
